Sanibel Island is just a short drive (18 miles) from the Southwest Florida International Airport in Ft. Myers, Florida.

From highway or airport: Take I-75 to Daniels Road exit, follow Daniels Road west for 5 miles, crossing US 41, until reaching Summerlin Road intersection. Turn left onto Summerlin; follow approximately 10 miles to Sanibel Causeway. Take the causeway (fare is $6 per standard car). When exiting the causeway, turn left at the 4-way stop onto Periwinkle Way. Follow Periwinkle for 1.3 miles to Shell Island Beach Club on the right.
